Golden Quarter Vienna

The Golden Quarter is a prominent business district located in the 1st district of Vienna. The area consists of two buildings, namely “Am Hof 2” and the Tuchlaubenhof. It is surrounded by Steindlgasse, Tuchlauben, and Bognergasse, extending all the way to “Am Hof,” and encompasses Seitzergasse. The complex was skillfully and thematically combined, making it a crucial revitalization project for Vienna’s city center.

The Golden Quarter has a total of 11,500 square meters of retail space on its ground floor and first level. Additionally, the middle floors of the “Tuchlaubenhof” building are dedicated to city center offices, covering an area of 9,500 square meters. Lastly, the top floors of the building consist of luxury apartments.

You can find the flagship stores of international luxury brands conveniently located next to the Kohlmarkt and Graben shopping streets. The principle of mixed use has always been essential in the development of these housing blocks and remains valid today. The formal differentiation in architecture, as well as the concept of creating a visible and cohesive ensemble that adheres to metropolitan standards, was also preserved.
