CrossFit Live And Train

In the CrossFit courses, skills such as maximum strength, speed and endurance are improved. Training is done with your own body weight or with free weights. No matter what your goal is, you will achieve it with our CrossFit courses.

In our Oly course, the two Olympic weightlifting disciplines Snatch and Clean & Jerk are taught. In this course you will learn how to use the barbell correctly and safely.

Parallel to our range of group lessons, a second training area is available to you. Every day you can drive your fitness independently. It doesn’t matter if you want to have your own training plan or if you want to work on yourself in addition to the courses . The Open Gym area can be used indefinitely by members of CrossFit Live And Train during regular opening hours.

There is the possibility to park in the Blue and Green Zone in the area. In addition, the residential building is equipped with a public, paid underground car park. (€2,50/h )
