This one-of-a-kind pub is located in the centre of Graz, on the main plaza, at the Palais Hotel Erzherzog Johann. The Ernst Fuchs Bar is said to be magical. You enter a location that takes you away from time and space and makes you forget about the outside world. This is due in part to the beautiful mood created by Austrian artist, architect, and visionary Ernst Fuchs, who designed the interior himself. The creations of history’s finest bars and bartenders may be found here. Partly following the recipe, partly reinterpreting it. Those who enjoy being shocked will be in their element here. Literally: This is the name of the four-course cocktail menu that will take your senses on a journey across the world.
