In a historic Salzburg townhouse in the Mülln area, there is a show pastry store with an accompanying salesroom and café.
Gerald Baltram, a patissier, pampers customers in his little café with handcrafted chocolates and macarons, as well as the greatest sweets. The exhibition confectionary is unique in that it can be watched from all angles, allowing passers-by and café patrons to peer over the confectioners’ shoulders while they work.
