Owned by the Spar Austria Group, the Murpark shopping mall is located in Graz, Austria. MAPIC Retail Future Project Award was given to this 36,000 m² total sales space, which opened in 2007. Shopping City Seiersberg
Third largest in Austria and the biggest in Styria is Shopping City Seiersberg, situated in Seiersberg-Pirka. Its 74,000 m² rentable shop space was opened in 2003. Easily accessible, the facility is situated two kilometers south of the Graz-Webling roundabout at the Seiersberg intersection of the Pyhrn Autobahn A 9. It comprises about 180 stores spread over five parts with glass walls that reach the top.
Opening in 2008, the fifth center has the longest escalator in Styria that leads to Media Markt. Since 2013, nine areas inside the complex had interactive navigation systems installed. Two restaurants will be housed in an outdoor space with capacity for 550 people in 2022. First story pedestrian bridge has been physically enlarged.
Center West
Famous shopping center Centar West is located southeast of Graz in the Webling district. One of the oldest and most prominent shopping complexes in this region of Austria, it enjoys an excellent location. 1989 saw the official opening of the facility. September 2012 saw the purchase of it by an investment group from Austria. One well-known combination of a shopping mall and a retail park is Center West. Right next to it, the IKEA furniture store acts as a noticeable anchor for the whole area.
2019 saw Center West Graz commemorate its 30th anniversary with some significant renovations.
