Four stars??? Let’s not joke .. reservation made on the internet for 3 people, Deluxe sea view room price 21 euros. We are immediately told that there are taxes and the price rises to 32 euros, we are given a room without a sea view, which I immediately change and they give me one with a side view. A double bed and a hard sofa, in spite of the Deluxe …. A bottle of shower gel and a bottle of shampoo for 3 people! There was no toilet paper. Breakfast: little assortment and the coffee is extra!?!… Never again

This hotel is said to have 4 start though it’s surely not the case.
Two girls at the reception are so far from being welcoming, the opposite, they were quite rude to me, I didn’t like the experience of any single conversation with them during my stay. The rest of the hotel stuff was pretty nice.

Wide spacious rooms, large balcony, clean, corridor with sensor lights, large dining area, food rank 3, ‘Tea is not served during summer time’, rooms doesn’t provide tea kettle facility, reception should improve English language, location have shortage of parking. Service staff prompt and helpful. Overall happy experience.

I have been to many hotels around the world and I have never been near such poor service and unprofessional booking. I booked several months ago and I sent 4 messages to the hotel without getting a response. when we got to the hotel they did not have the room we booked available, I had to explain to her who was at the reception how we could solve this. I said we are not difficult and understand that it can get a little chaotic in the summer. I told her that we can accept that they give us 2 rooms instead of the apartment, but they did not have so I said that she just told that she had one double room and a small apartment for 3 people, and that we can accept it even if we do not got with views that we had booked. after a while back and forth she said she would fix it, but then the price suddenly got higher and we also had to pay city tax for all people? I also said it’s fine, just to get the rooms. but no then I had to pay the rooms immediately in cash and in EURO. so she asked me to walk 10 minutes down the street and withdraw money and exchange them in an exchange kiosk or pay in play but with a much worse exchange rate than the current exchange rate. understood it was about 15/20% higher. I went out the door with my boyfriend and was a little shocked. so as we walked over I said shall we really stay there? we then saw some small cozy hotels with a beach right outside and then she said we are going in to see if they have rooms available. we did. and we got a cheaper price and some in the hotel who were actually very service minded and helpful and we got there 2 rooms with sea view and balcony and with breakfast and this then cost us 1200 Euro less. the only positive thing i have to say about the hotel is the parking attendant. he was an incredibly nice and cozy older gentleman who really wanted us to have a good time.

The attention at reception has been excellent, they recommended some places to have a drink or eat. The apartment we have chosen was super good and with a huge terrace. However, the buffet breakfast has left much to be desired, little variety, the food was not very good and the coffee has an extra price.
