It is usually served with a little broth. The Ba Le Well has for centuries been the source of water for the soup.<\/p><p>Banh bao banh vac or white rose dumplings as they are commonly referred to by locals are another specialty in this area; moreover the region has hoanh thanh, com ga (chicken with rice), b\u00e1nh x\u00e8o, sweet corn soup and baby clam salad. Similarly popular are Mi Quang Noodles and Banh Bao Banh Vac.<\/p><p>\u1edat T\u01b0\u01a1ng Tri\u1ec1u Ph\u00e1t is a type of chili sauce which is known all over Vietnam.<\/p><p>Hoi An\u2019s cuisine is delicious yet affordable even by high standards set by Vietnamese food.
