Recese v 70. letech donutila v\u00fdvozce prod\u00e1vat p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1soby lok\u00e1ln\u011b, tak\u017ee trhy se zaplnily elektronikou, oble\u010den\u00edm a drobnostmi \u2013 a vytla\u010dily tak n\u011bkter\u00e9 star\u00e9 bylink\u00e1\u0159e a v\u011b\u0161tce. V 80. a 90. letech 20. stolet\u00ed p\u0159inesl rostouc\u00ed blahobyt Tchaj-wanu na hlavn\u00ed trhy \u0159et\u011bzcov\u00e9 restaurace a v oblastech, jako je Si-mending, obchody zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 zas\u00e1hly \u00fa\u0159ady: slavn\u00e9 trhy jako \u0160'-lin a Rao-he byly p\u0159esunuty do \u00fa\u010delov\u00fdch kryt\u00fdch h\u0159i\u0161\u0165, zat\u00edmco regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny tvrd\u011b zakro\u010dily proti pad\u011blan\u00e9mu zbo\u017e\u00ed a neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdm st\u00e1nk\u016fm. V posledn\u00edch letech vl\u00e1da propagovala kulturu no\u010dn\u00edch trh\u016f v zahrani\u010d\u00ed i doma a rozv\u00edjela ji jako sou\u010d\u00e1st tchajwansk\u00e9 identity. Iniciativy na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed plastov\u00e9ho odpadu a obal\u016f na potraviny (dokonce i dotace na kompostovateln\u00e9 misky) odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed snahu o modernizaci, ani\u017e by se tradice zabila. Sv\u00e9 stopy zanechal i mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed cestovn\u00ed ruch: mnoho velk\u00fdch tchajpejsk\u00fdch trh\u016f nyn\u00ed obsluhuje cizince anglick\u00fdmi menu nebo pouli\u010dn\u00edmi cedulemi, p\u0159esto se i nad\u00e1le sna\u017e\u00ed zachovat autentickou atmosf\u00e9ru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pochopen\u00ed Xiaochi \u2013 srdce no\u010dn\u00ed tr\u017en\u00ed potravinov\u00e9 kultury<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm konceptem tchajwansk\u00e9 tr\u017en\u00ed kultury je xiaochi (\u5c0f\u5403), doslova \u201emal\u00e9 j\u00eddlo\u201c. No\u010dn\u00ed trhy skute\u010dn\u011b \u201ep\u0159itahuj\u00ed v\u0161echny spole\u010densk\u00e9 vrstvy\u201c. Neform\u00e1ln\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ra (bez zouv\u00e1n\u00ed bot, bez form\u00e1ln\u00edho sezen\u00ed) umo\u017e\u0148uje lidem v\u0161ech v\u011bkov\u00fdch kategori\u00ed a p\u016fvodu setk\u00e1vat se.
