Bahrajn, tradi\u010dn\u011b arabsko-isl\u00e1msk\u00e1 zem\u011b, byl v\u017edy n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edm a obchodn\u00edm n\u00e1rodem. Jeho starov\u011bk\u00e1 civilizace Dilmun p\u0159inesla datlov\u00e9 palmy a propojila kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed s Mezopot\u00e1mi\u00ed a \u00fadol\u00edm Indu. Postupem \u010dasu per\u0161t\u00ed osadn\u00edci (Ajam), indi\u010dt\u00ed obchodn\u00edci, bedu\u00ednsk\u00e9 kmeny a dal\u0161\u00ed zanechali v bahrajnsk\u00e9 kuchyni svou stopu. S \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00edm isl\u00e1mu p\u0159i\u0161ly arabsk\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed z\u00e1kony a siln\u00e1 kultura pohostinnosti: j\u00eddla se stala spole\u010dn\u00fdmi a hostitel\u00e9 pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed host\u016fm bohat\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed. Dnes je Bahrajn zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako pom\u011brn\u011b kosmopolitn\u00ed st\u00e1t Persk\u00e9ho z\u00e1livu a jeho gastronomick\u00e1 sc\u00e9na tuto otev\u0159enost odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bahrajnsk\u00e9 ekonomice kdysi dominoval oce\u00e1nsk\u00fd obchod a lov perel, tak\u017ee mo\u0159sk\u00e9 plody a konzervovan\u00e9 potraviny byly z\u00e1kladem. Ryb\u00e1\u0159i p\u0159iv\u00e1\u017eeli na b\u0159eh hammour (kanice), safi (kr\u00e1li\u010d\u00ed rybu), chanad (makrelu) a sobaity (mo\u0159skou pra\u017emu). I dnes hraj\u00ed ryby d\u016fle\u017eitou roli: grilovan\u00e9 nebo du\u0161en\u00e9 se \u010dasto pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed s aromatickou r\u00fd\u017e\u00ed. Dokonce i indicky ovlivn\u011bn\u00e1 sva\u010dina zvan\u00e1 pau (rohl\u00edk pln\u011bn\u00fd s\u00fdrem) se stala popul\u00e1rn\u00ed v kav\u00e1rn\u00e1ch a speci\u00e1ln\u00ed placky jako mihyawa \u2013 slo\u017een\u00e9 t\u011bsto posypan\u00e9 fermentovanou ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dkou \u2013 ukazuj\u00ed, jak se region\u00e1ln\u00ed chut\u011b m\u00eds\u00ed se sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00fdm j\u00eddlem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bahrajnov\u00e1 paleta ko\u0159en\u00ed je bohat\u00e1 a h\u0159ejiv\u00e1.
