Burgas, sometimes spelled Bourgas, is the second biggest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast in the region of Northern Thrace and the fourth largest in the country, after Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna, with a population of 202,694 persons and a metropolitan area population of 277,922. It is the provincial capital of Burgas and a significant industrial, transportation, cultural, and tourism center.<\/p>

The city is encircled by the Burgas Lakes and is situated on the Black Sea\u2019s westernmost tip, at the enormous Burgas Bay. LUKOIL Neftochim s.r.o.
