The Glungezer Ski Area and the Hall-Wattens Region lie only 12 kilometers from Innsbruck. You will reach the ski area via driving, riding a bus, or a train. Those who choose to drive will find Tulfes and the Glungezerbahn by following the signpost after leaving the A12 highway near Hall Mitte. One may find free parking at the Glungezerbahn valley station. Should you prefer the bus, the 4134 leaves Innsbruck and stops at Hall in Tirol; alternatively, you might get the train to Hall in Tirol and then change to the bus to Tulfes.
