Wilhelmsdorfer Park is a park in Vienna’s Meidling neighborhood.
The roughly 15,000 square meter park with ancient trees is called after its location in Wilhelmsdorf, a former suburb of Vienna that was integrated into Vienna in 1890.It shares Aßmayergasse, Flurschützstraße, and Karl-Löwe-Gasse with other streets. The park is linked to Längenfeldgasse by the short Deckergasse to the east.It is commonly referred to as Deckerpark after her. This location is located adjacent to a 1908 primary school.Wilhelm Beetz erected an octagonal public toilet at Wilhelmsdorfer Park in 1909.
A monument stone commemorates the opening of Wilhelmsdorfer Park in 1909.After 1984, it was enlarged to encompass the site of an abandoned Wiener Linien rail depot.Maja Kirchner and Wilfried Kirchner, two Viennese landscape architects, rebuilt the park in 1990, using various tones of blue.
