Known as Sants Corneli i Cebri\u00e0 d’Ordino<\/strong>, the parish church of Saint Cornelius and Saint Cyprian<\/strong> is evidence of cultural<\/strong> and historical significance<\/strong> right in the heart of Ordino, Andorra<\/strong>. Recognised as a Site of Cultural Interest<\/strong>, this church reflects a legacy<\/strong> spanning millennia that offers guests an opportunity to explore the religious<\/strong> and creative legacy<\/strong> of the area.<\/p>\n

Originally constructed in the Middle Ages<\/strong>, the church has undergone significant repairs between the 17th<\/strong> and the 19th centuries<\/strong>. Still, it maintains features suggestive of its Romanesque background<\/strong> in spite of these changes. Originating from the late 11th<\/strong> or early 12th century<\/strong>, a notable treasure is a polychrome wooden carving<\/strong> of the Virgin Mary<\/strong>.
