The Fontverd itinerary offers a fascinating medium-level circular path of about 13 kilometers, allowing a deep exploration of the magnificent Madriu Valley. Starting at kilometer 6.2 on the road leading to Escaldes-Engordany, one will come upon a rather handy car park. The Fontverd itinerary is best experienced in the warmer months, more especially from late June to September, when the trail is most accessible and the temperature conditions are favorable.
