It was opened on May 30, 2016 by Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development General Director Abdulahab Al-Bader, and Kuwait&#8217;s Ambassador to Albania, Fayez Mishari Al-Jassim.<\/p><p>It is designed to provide a soothing setting for visitors on hot summer days and features the Kuwaiti state&#8217;s flag colors to commemorate the two nations&#8217; friendship and cooperation.
